All prices listed on the Wedding Web Corner website are in currently in US dollars. All final checkouts are processed in US dollars.

For international orders, it is the bank that has issued your credit or debit card that determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged on your purchase through us. In case of a return/refund of the purchase by the seller, the amount taken from the original funding source is the amount that will be returned in full.

Please note that we cannot and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies and potential losses as caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

Sales Taxes – Canadian & US Customers

Wedding Web Corner is a Canadian owned company that operates globally. If you are a Canadian customer, you will be automatically charged HST tax on your entire purchase, at the checkout.

For your reference, until further notice, below is the list of HST charges by province:

International Sales Taxes & Import Duty

Wedding Web Corner ships internationally, mainly from the US, Canada and Asia depending on the manufacturer that provides a particular item for our online store.

All international orders can potentially incur additional charges such as customs, duties, VAT (could be around 21%), etc, upon their arrival in your destination country. Please note that these fees are to be paid to your local carrier or government and are never collected by Wedding Web Corner.

Due to the international nature of our business and working with various international factories, we can only indicate the net prices on your purchases. As we are not aware of your local taxes and import duties in your specific region, they are not included in our pricing. In case of any purchase return (if applicable), they will also be excluded from any refund, even if the package is refused at the time of delivery. You will remain liable for these fees.

Since we are unable to advise you on the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend for you to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent to confirm the respective charges and rates on packages coming from out of country.

However, we are pleased to let you know that in most cases, these fees are somewhat rare since our manufacturers try to list as low of a possible package value in the shipping documents, as to help you avoid or at least reduce the potential fees.

Payment Verification

When placing your order with Wedding Web Corner, please ensure to enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Otherwise, transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what your card provider has on file.

For shipped items, please note that we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address if you enter the information incorrectly. If you realize that you made a mistake in the shipping address and would like to change it after placing your transaction, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package hasn’t been dispatched to the supplier for processing, we may be able to change it for you. However, we are not liable in case the package has already been dispatched.

International Transaction Fee

Wedding Web Corner is a Canadian operated company based in Toronto, Canada, sourcing products from various suppliers across the world. If you are ordering outside of Canada, your credit card company or bank might charge you a fee of $1-$10 that might display as if it was charged by Webadventa Inc (our parent company used for payment processing).

This fee is not charged by Wedding Web Corner as it is charged directly by your bank because you are purchasing something outside of your country of origin. We cannot refund this fee as it is not charged by us. Please contact your credit card provider or bank directly for further information.
