At Wedding Web Corner, we are committed to bringing you quality products of great workmanship. However, because we work with numerous different suppliers, errors may occasionally happen. Therefore, we will gladly replace your purchased item at no charge to you in a case of any defects or errors on our part. Note, however, that we do not offer refunds due to customer errors such as incorrect selection of size, color, design etc.
Wedding Web Corner refund policy is 30 Days from the day your item is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot issue you a refund or exchange after this period.
Jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
For other items, to be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused and brand new condition that you received it and its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of your order number and a copy of your original purchase order email. You must contact us at email@example.com to request an RA (Return Authorization) before shipping the product back to us/our suppliers.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged as a result of an error on our part. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. We will get back to you within 72 hours.
In the case of you making an error at the time of placing an order (selecting the wrong size, color, style or filling out the wrong address), please contact us right away, and we will do our best to make the changes on your behalf before your order gets sent to our supplier(s) for fulfillment. Our system is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so you can get your order ASAP. Unfortunately, because of this automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered fulfillment at our suppliers’ end. Once an order has entered the fulfillment, we are no longer able to change the order so the window of time is very short and we cannot guarantee it.
Once your returned product is received and inspected by Wedding Web Corner, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as a credit card or Paypal). You will see the credit on your next (credit card or Paypal) statement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks of getting a refund approval from Wedding Web Corner, please check your credit card or Paypal statement and/or bank account again. If not found, please contact your payment provider company as it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. It may take up to 30 days for it to be reflected on your next statement.

Shipping Returned Item
To return your product to Wedding Web Corner, we will provide you with instructions along with your RA when you contact us to initiate the return process, within 72 hours.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Often, we will suggest finding an alternative solution that would be satisfactory for all parties involved, so please reach out to us first.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it gets lost in transit.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton/envelope for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if noticeable damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include photos of the damage, the order number, your email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items, for inspection.
